Renovation of the Burberry clothing store

Smartcon played a dual role in this project. In the design phase, it worked on the changes to the load-bearing structure that were needed to ensure that all three levels were easily accessible from each other, and it integrated the necessary electromechanical equipment into the architectural design while ensuring that the overall look of the store was not adversely affected.
During the build phase, Smartcon was responsible for worksite organisation and undertook to carry out all construction work, including construction of the facade in line with the approved designs.

Renovation of the store at 8 Mitropolitou Iosif St. so as to house a Burberry outlet was done in collaboration with the German firm GANTER INTERIOR_IDENTITY. This store extends over three levels: ground floor, mezzanine and first floor.
