The Lakis Gavalas pret-a-porter clothing store was renovated to a design prepared by the Italian architectural practice, Marco Costanzi Architect. Actual construction was carried out by Smartcon. Its specific role involved fully gutting the store, organising the worksite and carrying out all necessary construction work in line with the approved designs.
The result was a sleek, functional space created within just 45 days.
