The layout of this ground-floor residence in Pente Vryses was determined by the owners' needs, coupled with its orientation and the environmental features of the plot. The building covers 120 m2 on a plot of 514 m2.

The aim was to create a modern building that incorporates all the necessary amenities and home comforts while blending into the environment in which it was located. Since the building is still under construction, a quality build will guarantee the expected sleek end look.
